In TroubleTrakker, the Tech Coordinator is referred to as the TroubleTrakker Service Administrator, or TTAdmin for short. The TTAdmin
uses TroubleTrakker primarily to:

Decide who will handle a particular tech problem. |

Check on the status of problems to see if they are fixed. |
The TTAdmins may also help fix problems in some so all the functions of
the Technician are also available:

File a work report after working on a problem. |
|
See report of all problems assigned. |
The TTAdmins may also have tech problems that need to be fixed so they also have
all the functions of librarians:
|
File a tech problem report. |
|
Check on the status of problems reported previously but still not fixed. |
