Entering a company name into your address book How do I enter a company name into my address book? A. Click on "Address Book" on the left hand side of your screen. Choose "Personal Address Book" from the drop down box. Then click on "New Contact". You will be prompted for a first name, last name and e-mail address. Put a blank space in the First Name field, put the company name in the Last Name field and the e-mail address in the e-mail address feild.
