How do I reassign a problem to a technician? 1. Click "Manage Technicians" on the left hand menu. 2. Click "Reassign Problem to Tech." 3. Select a Problem Report, the Technician you want to reassign it to, and select a Priority from the drop-down menu. 4. Include any notes to the Technician in the box provided. 5. Click "Reassign."
